Unfortunately, my stay at Hotel Diligencias was quite disappointing. The noise levels in the hotel were bothersome. I could hear people in the hallway and even the mariachi music from the street. Additionally, the bed was extremely firm, which made sleeping uncomfortable at times, and I realized the lack of air conditioning and proper ventilation led to odors entering the room.

The Queen Room was impeccably clean, and the maid service was excellent throughout my 8-night stay. I loved the location right in the heart of the Historic Center, making it super easy to explore nearby museums and cultural sites. Every morning, I enjoyed visits to a lovely bakery just around the corner, perfect for starting the day off right!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and made every effort to accommodate requests. The location is ideal, just a short walk from major attractions and restaurants. However, noise from the street was somewhat disruptive, and the lack of a fridge in the room was a bit inconvenient. Hot water was plentiful, but managing the temperature took some effort.
